ARRIVAL IN INDONESIA
- After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Arrival Gate.
- A Meet and Greet Officer will be waiting at the Arrival Gate holding a SEAMEO Regional Centre for QITEP in Mathematics signboard.
- If you experience a flight cancellation, delay, or any other travel-related issues, please contact your Liaison Officer or the Organizing Committee. Airport transfer assistance will be provided whenever needed.
DEPARTURE FROM INDONESIA
- Airport transfers from the SEAMEO Regional Centre for QITEP in Mathematics (SEAQiM) to Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) or Adisutjipto International Airport will be arranged by the organizing committee according to each participant's departure schedule.

- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the course (6–19 August 2026) will be served at the Beta Dining Room, BBGTK DIY.
- Lunch and/or dinner for D-1 (6 August 2026) will be served in a packed meal (meal box).
- Breakfast for D+1 (20 August 2026) will be served at the Beta Dining Room, BBGTK DIY.
- During the meeting, participants are expected to wear formal/business attire or polite casual attire.
- During the Cultural Show Session, participants are encouraged to wear comfortable traditional attire.
